Shipping policy

Please allow 1-5 working days to receive your order once it has been shipped depending on your location. We can ensure that every product shipped out has been packaged correctly and safely to minimise courier mishandling but we understand that we can get the occasional case of courier damage. Please contact our team if this is the case. 

Your tracking details will be available to you through the email you receive once your order has been fulfilled. We generally use NZ Couriers but will sometimes use an alternative post company for other reasons.
